PAYMENT AND BOOKING INFORMATION

All prices are valid for a stay of at least three days. In addition, the city tax of € 2,90 per night and person will be charged – starting from 14 years of age.

Guarantee deposit

To confirm the booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 150,00 €. The guarantee deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

We ask you to settle your bill at latest on the day before departure.

Check-in / check-out

On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 16.00 o'clock. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated till 09.00 o'clock.

Cancellation

Up to 2 months before arrival the cancellation is free of charge. Excepted from the Guarantee deposit.

From 2 months to 1 month before arrival, we will charge you 30% of the agreed price.

From 30 days before arrival, we will charge you 50%, from 14 days before arrival 70% of the agreed price.

For late arrival, early departure or no show we will charge 100% of the agreed
price.

In order to protect yourself from any cancellation fees, we recommend that you stipulate a travel insurance. The “European Travel Insurance” can be found online at www.europaeische.at

The guarantee deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
